SS Rotary Twin Gear Pump (FTMS and FTM)
Fluid Tech Systems offers “ROTOFLUID” Model FTMS / FTM, a heavy-duty positive displacement rotary twin gear pump designed for high-performance fluid transfer applications. These pumps are widely used in foam fire fighting systems and handling viscous liquids.
Model FTMS is manufactured with full SS-316 construction in a four-piece design using investment casting, making it easy to clean and maintain. It features double helical (herringbone) SS-316 gears and nitrated shafts, eliminating axial load and side thrust for enhanced durability and performance.
Model FTM shares the same design but offers flexibility in material selection, including CI/WCB casing and multiple shaft and gear material options. These pumps are equipped with Teflon-coated DU bush bearings, optional bronze wear plates, and GFO packing or mechanical seals for efficient sealing.
